TAI  CHI  CHUAN

Tai chi chuan, often called Tai chi for short, is the gentle Chinese sequence of 108 flowing moves designed to promote health and relaxation, and comes in many variations. Aswell as promoting health it is sometimes also used as a basis for some Martial arts.

The Taoist Yang style is used for health reasons only and is taught by the Taoist Tai chi society all over the world with great success.
